Cleanbreathe Workshop at CIIT 2023

The Cleanbreathe workshop, held in conjunction with the CIIT 2023 conference, brought together experts, researchers, policymakers, and individuals committed to finding sustainable solutions for the pervasive problem of air pollution.

With the pressing need for immediate action, the workshop aimed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange to tackle this global challenge. The participants engaged in insightful presentations and interactive discussions inspired by the clean air of the small town of Krusevo where the conference took place.

The discussions explored diverse topics such as air pollution monitoring and data analysis, the impact of air pollution on public health, and the role of policy frameworks in mitigating pollution levels from the perspectives of the targets of the Cleanbreathe. The ongoing research topics and the project state and deliverables were presented to the public. Attendees appreciated the chance to exchange ideas, and the explanations on how they can collaborate with the Cleanbreathe project and how they can join the initiative.
